Job Summary
The task of the fiber optic technician is to pull, blow and splice fiber optic cables
You are an ideal candidate if you have:

Very good written and spoken German and good English skills

Outgoing personality

At least 2 years of experience in pulling/blowing and splicing fiber optic cables

Residence (or future residence) in the Heilbronn-Stuttgart region (mobile, can travel if needed)
Key Responsibilities:

Managing cable works and house connections as part of project implementation: tracking project activities, monitoring and handling changes, conflicts and escalations.

Dealing with clients and stakeholders: maintaining client relationships, building trust, ensuring project progress, organizing meetings and client events

Monitoring traffic route safety/traffic regulations and compliance with work safety on construction sites

Interface function between all partners involved in the fiber optic OSP project (civil engineering team, etc.) Synchronization of civil engineering and cable work as well as house connection activities

Practical experience in pulling, blowing and splicing fiber optic cables
